I upgraded from a mini, so getting used to the weight of it. But it's fast and has a great screen. I always appreciate how helpful the staff at Best Buy is whenever I have questions and their service is good.

Defective item

I went in furious about just purchasing an ipad less than 2 months ago. The first issue was brought in to geek and was repaired, was told free but cost $40. Now it shut all the way down. Not doing repair again i wanted money back or another ipad. Long story short Mr. Gavin took great care of me. Thanks Gavin

Great design but better options exist

The better value is in the 9th gen iPad or if your budget allows, go for the iPad Air instead

10th Gen Model

No problems getting it home and getting it set up. Wish i would have gotten more storage but so far it fits my needs

BestBuy Was My Best Buy

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When BestBuy had this on sale, I decided it was time to replace my 6th Gen 32/2 iPad as it was slowing down significantly when opening large web pages. The new 10th Gen doubled both RAM and Flash and what a difference! Not to mention the larger and clearer screen. BestBuy even gave me more than what I anticipated for the 6th Gen when I returned with it to the store after I moved all the data over and wiped it. I expected nothing. Of course it was in mint condition with the original box etc. BestBuy was indeed my best buy.
