I traded in my older iPad for a gift card & applied it towards this new upgrade. The customer service was great, and I’m extremely happy with the performance of my item!

She loves it and has gone through several books with it already. She also loves the other apple features like FaceTime she can use while on wifi to communicate with the grand kids.
