    I am very happy with this purchase and Best Buy. The whole experience was seamless, from ordering online, to my in store pickup, and so was the customer service - from the checking out to when I had questions and needed help with purchasing the correct accessories, I couldn’t be more pleased and my satisfaction has continued at home with the functionality and user friendly use of this product.

    I have to preface this review by saying I upgraded from an old 32 GB iPad Air. I thought my old iPad was good enough for what I wanted to do with it. But then certain apps would not run anymore so I had to upgrade. After just having this iPad for two weeks, I questioned why I didn’t do it sooner. This iPad is much faster much more responsive and has double the hard drive space. I am thankful I did upgrade.
