    Arrived quickly and was as advertised. Didn't realized the newer version of the iPad doesn't have a headphone jack, so I had to purchase a Blu-tooth adapter in order to used my wired headphones.

    I mainly use iPads for very basic things like messaging and streaming. I bought an Apple Pencil and used it for 10 minutes to draw wieners then never used it again but I’m sure other people would get more use out of it. That display is CRISPY.

    Easy to use. A wonderful compliment to your iPhone. 64 GB storage is ok for basic browsing, email and streaming. Upgrade to 128 or 256 GB if you you want to download and store lots of videos, photos, etc.

    I had a great experience at Best Buy. The young who helped me was very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable helped me get an IPad for my daughter made great suggestions all in all it was one of the better experiences I have had in any store. There is not much customer service these days I really appreciated Best Buy
