    I needed to exchange an iPad I had purchased for my grandson for Christmas. I took the iPad to a store in Dallas and they did the refund right away and got me a new iPad with more storage . Everyone was pleasant from the gentleman at the front door who was extremely helpful, to the girl at the customer Service counter.

    I have not yet to open it since it is a gift but I loved the way it came packaged and how the box showed no signs of damage whatsoever. My girl is going to love it !!

    I felt I needed another way to communicate and really thought the iPad was the answer. I love all the choices available at Best Buy and their representative was able to stay with me and answer any questions presented. I’m already planning my next Best Buy purchase!

    Trading in was a breeze to get the latest Apple IPad. The new iPad has a sqaurish design which I like. I also like the fingerprint button is now at the top. The display has improved as well as the memory space.
