    The person that helped me was very professional and efficient. The IPad was the gift that my mother wanted. He didn’t think he had it in pink, and he went to the back to make sure, and there he found a pink IPad! My mother loves her new IPad!!

    New Apple tablet with USB C connection is more functional than old lightning connection. I now have terabyte hard drive and USB 3.0 drives that work with both this tablet and me iPhone with USB C connection.

    Nice computer. Got it on sale for my wife. So far so good. The Best Buy staff was very helpful. Friendly staff and they were willing to help me find what I needed.This computer is just what my wife wanted. It was purchased for a birthday gift. This one rocks with speed and easy to use.

    I think this is a great tablet. I really love the keyboard (on screen). The best part of the keyboard is the flick function. For me two of the most important things to have are a bumper, and a screen protecter. As for the screen protecter I prefer a paperlike type.

    This product is great, but I would upgrade to an iPad that has Face ID instead of the Touch ID, that gets annoying.

    Definitely one of the best looking IPads I have seen. Fast and responsive. Loaded with special features that far surpasss my previous IPad. I love the look and feel of this unit. A must buy for anyone looking to upgrade from a previous model. On top of that, it was delivered ahead of when promised. I would definitely buy this model again

    I like the new design .It's sturdy and looks elegant. The A14 Bionic chip is faster than ever and processes all tasks smooth and easy. The screen resolution is crisp and clear. Definitely a good choice for everyday use and more.

    Great iPad. Much quicker than my older iPad Air 2 and a better processor. Am also very happy with the larger screen size. Getting a small amount for my trade-in helped a bit also. Best Buy had what I wanted in stock for delivery that next day, making it very easy to just go there to pick it up. Overall, very satisfied with the new iPad!
