    I dont like using apple products but got for a client whose in her 80's and wanted to upgrade, least the transfer from a 6th gen to the 10th gen went easy on the wifi and transferred over and worked like a charm for her!

    I like the iPad, but my problem is the lack of technical assistance with i.e. helping set up the iPad. There is a charge of $40 to provide support to set up the iPad and there is a charge for the protective covering that goes over the screen for the iPad.. disappointed that the purchase of the iPad and all of the accessories did not qualify for any technical assistance with set up and the protective screen.

    Exactly what you think it would be and the convenience of not driving an hour to an Apple Store. I will say that it took a long time to get someone to talk to me. So long that I almost left.

    It was a great item, just be careful when the package ships as they tend to use Shipt which left my package at a neighbors house. Thankfully the neighbors were nice enough to hand ut to me.

    The ipad is super useful for university note taking! I love the ability to record lecture while also taking notes, importing files, and taking notes directly on the powerpoints provided by professors. Highly recommend

    Is a good upgrade from the 9th generation, more speakers, better cameras and right now is a 100 dollars less so if you trade your old iPad you would be having a great deal .
