    It’s a great product and everyone in store was super helpful. However The phone support line is horrible. In store associates were wonderful and the product is exactly what I needed.

    Got this as a Christmas gift for the wife and she absolutely loves it. Does everything she wanted and then some. She went back and got the Apple Pencil as well and everything is working great. Perfect for someone who doesn’t want to be on a smaller phone screen.

    Display is crisp. Storage is adequate. The device runs buttery smooth. I multitask this device for school and have 0 issues with it. 10/10 would recommend. You are getting a premium feeling device for a low mid tier price.

    Seems better constructed and with better graphics than previous iPad models and doesn't look inferior to my wife's iPad air, but to be honest I haven't checked the specs.
