    Love it love it love it. I didn’t have the money for the new one that recently came out. This one is working perfect for me. Only missing a star because I got locked out at first because I forgot my password and it took me a week to get help resetting it.

    Great product. So easy to buy on line from Best Buy. My granddaughter broke her old ipad the week before Christmas, and Best Buy delivered one the next day. She was so happy she cried

    Great product, sales agent not only rude but not really interesting in servicing the guest, it made it so frustrating because if you are not a tech you are stuck

    My daughter uses this Ipad for school and its the best thing ever. She doesn't have to walk around with her heavy laptop anymore. I thought she just wanted it to upgrade from the mini but boy this thing gets the school work done.
