    This iPad provides fantastic value for the functionality that it offers and battery life, but it's disappointing that in 2024 the entry level iPad is only 64 GB instead of 128 GB like the iPhone. As long as one doesn't need to perform any advanced functionality, this device is great for streaming videos and playing games with its 10" screen.

    Love the quality and the it’s so huge love that the touch screen so effortlessly and it actually selects what I’m touching without the pen and the volume is so clear and the fingerprint button to unlock is awesome

    Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She loves it. Only issue is the sensitivity when swiping up to close out apps, or using the pen (not included). Sometimes you have to press down a certain way to get it to work.

    Replaced our IPad Air 2 with this one and we noticed the improvements right away. Faster, cleaner graphics, more memory and a larger screen make the new one worth it by far.

    I purchased a new iPad on 11/26/23. I returned to Best Buy on 12/26/23 because I had some issues with the iPad. The only alternative I was gicen by their Geek was to pay $55 and they would send it somewhere and I would get a refurbished one back not a new one. I purchased a new one. It is not first time I have had poor customer service at Best Buy. I am done shopping at Best Buy. I called Apple Support and they were very helpful but am still having issues with the new iPad and Apple support told me to call back if their help did not fix the problem and they would set me up with an appointment. Best Buy did not even look at the iPad. His only solution was to pay $55 and Best Buy would send it somewhere and I would get a refurbished , not new one back. When I asked about the screen protector I had put on it he said I just lost money I spent on it. I am done with Best Buy. .

    Very well made product. In use for a month now. No issues. Screen colors are "Vibrant". 64 gig storage seems very adequate for my use. Thumbs UP!
