Much better than the older version and so light in weight that makes life easy

I love everything about my iPad 10th gen I us it on a daily basis for web browsing, streaming, games and typical daily tasks. Battery life is good. Screen is clear and vibrant.

Great iPad. I got the previous version with the lightning connector sine it was on sale. The new one is a slight upgrade but the price hike puts it beyond the bargain of the older model which works great anyway.

I placed an order on December 12, 2024 for an iPad and an Apple watch for a total of $669.61. Shortly after placing my order I had come to realize that the address on the order was incorrect and attempted to contact support TWICE to try and change the address or cancel said order. I was informed canceling the order was not possible and neither was changing the address as the package was en route. I was told to reach out when said order was delivered in order to receive a replacement order or refund. So I watched the tracking like a hawk and got in contact with support yet again when it was delivered in hopes for a refund (It was delivered 12/14/24). I wanted a refund because personally this is a substantial amount of money for me and taking a chance on making the order online again did not seem like a good idea to me. I wanted my refund to be able to purchase the items I ordered in person as they were also supposed to be christmas gifts. I reached out to support and I was told I would be receiving a refund. I was NEVER told that there would have to be an investigation and that I’d have to wait for a conclusion to be able to know about a refund. 12/15/24 I received an email to let me know that this investigation has been concluded and I would not be receiving nor refund or replacement. I did actually reach out to my local police department the next day and asked them to kindly check if a package had been delivered and left outside but they found nothing. After this email about the investigation I was honestly quite confused about the conclusion and felt it had to be a mistake so I waited a couple days for another email just in case and got nothing. Therefore AGAIN on 12/20/24 I called support to reiterate everything that had happened since and they sent out two more investigations. At this point, today 1/1/25 I received two more emails letting me know I will not be provided with a refund or replacement which is why I am reaching out to you Mr. Harmon. I am extremely frustrated with the way my problem has been handled so far, as I said before $669.61 is quite a substantial amount of money to me and around this time of year it is not something I can afford to not have. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY. JUST BUY DIRECT FROM APPLE.

I love how the IPad continues to evolve. I think this generation is lightweight with exceptional speed. This was a great buy, I love the quality and the price!
