    This is awesome. Just replaced a iPad 2 that was about 10 years old. Fast, charges fast, easy to use. Kinda wish it had face rec but the new fingerprint is easy to use and well-positioned. Thanks Apple and Best Buy!

    It's overall good, as expected. The only thing that has bothered me so far is the color, because if you're buying online instead of in person like I did, you will probably think you're getting a very light-colored, pastel iPad. In actuality, it is a very dark color. It really bummed me out because I got the blue thinking it was a pale baby blue, but it turns out it's way closer to dark navy, which is completely different and a color I actually hate. The images online are super misleading.

    Tried for an upgrade iPad to 10 gen. Bestbuy associate give a good briefing on the difference between 9&10 generations. Opt for the best and was able to do price matching as well.
