    The performance and accessibility is very user friendly…but the only drawback is lack of using whatsApp which is very inconvenient..hope apple would consider allowing whatsApp on ipad while providing software upgrade…overall iam satisfied with the 10th gen….

    So far so good but too early to review. When 9th gen came out I got it first week and within 2-3 started shutting off for no reason. Took it in to bestbuy and they couldn’t figure it out so they sent it out. Apparently they couldn’t fix it so they replaced it. This time I held out few months to get the new one hoping any kinks can be fixed by now.
