I don’t get pleasure from having to keep taking the item out of the case holder to use it. So I barely use it this is actually one against the store employee who really didn’t give too much attention to the item and the customer.

Apple should have done a little better...

But after having this iPad for a while I am pretty bothered that it is the "Latest Model" with 5G but still uses the old pen that is not USB C. And also doesn't charge wirelessly. This could be a bad review for the pen but the " Latest Model" of the pen came out before this iPad.
