Sorry I can't give it a better review. But after having this iPad for a while I am pretty bothered that it is the "Latest Model" with 5G but still uses the old pen that is not USB C. And also doesn't charge wirelessly. This could be a bad review for the pen but the " Latest Model" of the pen came out before this iPad.

Bout it for my son. He loved to resd books draw pictures talk to family. The resolution is very nice and the canera is nice.

Simplistic and great all rolled into this iPad. I purchased this for my family and they fell in love with it.

I placed an order or 12/29 that was to be delivered to the store by 1/5 for pickup only for it to never arrive and no difect communication from the store that I made the purchase from. It wasn't until I called to check on my order.That I was told that the order is now delayed. At that time I was told to wait until later on in the day.The shipment should be in and they would notify me for pick up. I never heard anything back from then.I get an email indicating that my shipment is delayed with no real ETA. At this point, I plan to cancel my order and advise my friends and family to not shop Best Buy for this item. I passed up a Target, Apple Store and my phone carrier and chose to shop at Best Buy. Worst mistake ever. Very unsatisfied consumer. Regretting the purchase.

I purchased this I Pad and the keyboard case. Love the IPad not so much the keyboard. It comes apart to easily.

BestBuy changed the delivery date multiple times. We still have not received the product, it has been over 12 days and we have no accurate date when we are going to get the product. Worst experience with Best Buy, never going to buy anything at Best Buy. This will be my last transaction with worstbuy.

It easy to use by everyone and has great pictures and video quality. The battery last long and very light in wait to carry it everywhere. I will love to recommend it to everyone especially field workers

This iPad seems to be as advertised, although I haven’t had the opportunity to use it much. I purchased it mainly to utilize the larger screen for the music app Forescore. I have not fully explored its other features yet.

I like it, functional, nice software enhancements. The battery doesn’t last as long as my three year old iPad, but longer than my Samsung S7. The additional memory allows me to store music and books for long flights, and to keep apps off the cloud.
