Love my new iPad. Faster reply than my old iPad...

Great product great quality great look easy to use

While the Apple product is very good there is a problem coming from Apple. That would be their constant changing in cords for proprietary reasons. They are not being consumer friendly and claim it is for faster transfer rates. Not buying their story. This is not the fault of Best Buy but Apple products.

Honestly, in the world of tablets, it's hard to beat an iPad. It does more for less. They haven't skimped on the specs as of late. The value for these are really good as well. I can't believe I'm saying this but even with the price I can't complain on an apple product. This might be the only one.

I love love love my iPad ! I use it for games and watching shows while also using it for college ! It’s just the perfect size to fit in my purse also.

This device has enough capabilities to replace a laptop for traveling and communications with larger viewing than iphone and allowing for business needs leaving the excess weight behind.

I purchased my air pad last year and until this day I’m very happy with it It has saved me many times I had broke my phone and I thought I could not call messages or receive calls until my air pad rang So I had used it as my back up phone until I bought a new one

Not having the button and a little larger screen is nice. Not entirely sold on how much heavier it is to the last Air model. Make sure to physically hold one prior to purchasing.

Much better performance with the new generation. I have not had any apps crash on me and its much faster. I had a little difficulty in setting up the fingerprint ID

I purchased the iPad Air online. I tried to get help from Best Buy Apple representative to help set it up. The iPad comes with no real instructions for the first timer (me). I was sent to several countries with no results. I finally called Apple support and was helped thru the steps (which I would have never figured out myself). A couple days later, Best Buy sent an email with more or less set up instructions. Too late! For someone like me who knows just enough but not enough, I needed step by step help or a manual. I have always owned Apple products. As they evolve with new products it is not always easy to keep up. I like my iPad Air.

Bought this for my son to replace his failing 5 year old iPad Air. Faster than his old one. Wished it had 120 Hz screen and less expensive.

Excellent quality for the price! I am a semi professional music producer and I bought this for creating midi sequencing tracks for my clients. This has plenty of processing power for my needs. It’s also great for watching downloaded and live streaming movies on trips. Highly recommended!

great ipad use the ipad everyday and it is perfect.

I have a nice desk setup with a laptop and two monitors. The iPad Air is more for flexibility when I need to work away from my desk. It definitely does the job, but would not replace my laptop. If you plan to use this as a supplement to your laptop, it is perfect. If you want a replacement, look into the Pro.

It runs good and has a good display also the 256 gig hard drive is really nice , the battery is not as good as my last iPad.

Love the air so much more than the original iPad, From the touch to the display everything seems so much better. I returned my 9th gen iPad and bought this version with a magic keyboard, i have only had less than a month but i love it so much more. Can’t go wrong!

Sales associate was very helpful in helping me select the right iPad, protective case and screen protector. Second associate did a great job in installing screen protector with no bubbles or dust inclusions. Great shopping experience. Love my ipad.
