What a wonderful device! Have you ever wanted to throw a tablet across the room because it does work? Well you won’t have that problem with this one. Of all the brands I have used Apple is the most dependable and user friendly.

I bought this tablet to update a five years old iPad. As expected Apple makes good quality products. I couldn't use the utility to transfer date from the old iPad to the new one because the iOS version was too old. Anyway, that wasn't a mayor issue.

I purchased this for my daughter/son-in-law. It's for her art, she draws. Graphics are GREAT. He plays music, it's great for him too. They are loving it to say the least. It was the perfect Christmas gift.

Replacing my Ipad Air 2. It is much faster and crisper graphics. The integrated finger print reader in the power button works well although sometimes the case gets in the way. Overall pretty happy with it. My load times are much faster.

Wife would not do without this tablet. This is our third tablet and she loves the simplicity and design of the software and we take for granite the perfect design of the actual shell.

Love the I-pad but not happy about signing up for 6 months Apple Music on-line only offers 3months as a choice-Also ,salesman misrepresented Best Buy coverage-did not know was being billed additional $199-not fair

I've only had this tablet for a few weeks, but am very happy with it. I love the top button fingerprint feature and how simple it is to use. I bought this to replace an older iPad and am glad I chose this iPad.

I love this new iPad Air. It is very responsive and the features, I very much appreciate. Initially after speaking with Apple, they suggested the plain iPad, so glad I decided to go with this instead.

This iPad is amazing. Getting the iPad from Best Buy was cheaper than at the Apple store. I did it as in store pickup and it was ready within 10 minutes. The only thing is that I wish the screen was a little bit bigger.

We ordered this I pad on line and it came to Best Buy for Pick up.It was fast and easy and we were able to get the color and style we wanted.We have been very happy with this IPad and other apple products over the years.

For Presidents Day, I bought five (5) fifty- five (55) inch TVs to give away to customers. We do that often. Staff ( Paul ) always takes care of us. Inventory always available. Store always orderly.

Wonderful product. Purchased for my son and had issues with the 1st one I bought, but Best Buy replaced it right away and he has had no issues or problems ever since.

Got for son for school. Didn’t need the more expensive version. Glad I didn’t pay the extra upgrades.

I absolutely love this iPad! I was looking to replace my 2015 MacBook Air, but did not want to get another laptop. Now I use this iPad and a Bluetooth keyboard just the same!

Have had iPad’s since they first came out - so this is number 4 (2nd Air) I believe for me. Love it, can’t imagine life without (I read Kindle books, shop online).

Unfortunately, this particular item performed poorly out of the box. My household has all Apple products and we were anxious to try this new 4th Gen Air. However, this iPad randomly returned to the Apple Logo whenever I was in an App, browsing my e-mail or surfing the net. Sometimes only after a few seconds of use, other times it took an hour or so, but it would always happen. After several phone calls and software tweaks with Apple support advisors, who were more than willing to help, we determined it was a hardware issue with the device. After 3 days of use we returned it to Best Buy hassle free and picked up a new one, although the color my wife wanted was not in stock. I will write a review on this one's replacement after we use it for a few days. Hoping the issue I experienced was unique to this device.

Staff was very helpful I wish I would have gotten her name so that I could thank her again. Her knowledge of the phone was awesome she even wrote down the final instructions I needed to finish setting up my phone.

Good size for what I need. Since I am not an Apple person it took time to learn basic instructions.

Excellent tablet, however there are no instructions on how to get started. Also a little on the expensive side.
