Daughter loves her new iPad. She received it for her birthday to use with her Cricut Maker and loves it. Bought the Apple Pencil as well, and it works great with the iPad. Overall, very happy and highly recommend.

Just what I wanted, the IPad is awesome. Girls at service desk were very helpful to tell me how to set it up. The salesperson I had when shopping for my iPad made me feel rushed. I had to have him repeat his short explanations and I never did understand how I would get cash credit on my purchase. I also didn’t like having to talk on a community phone with a bank official in a busy area to set up my Best Buy card. Very uncomfortable

This IPad Air replaced a 5 year old IPad Pro. Best Buy helped me transfer all data from old device to this new one. Very happy with this process. So far this new device is awesome.

Excellent upgrade from my iPad Air 2. Larger display, much easier to do basic work functions like drafting documents and reviewing documents without having to bring the MacBook on the plane.

It’s an iPad. Everything we liked about the older iPad but newer, shinier, distinctly faster. I guess the only drawback is we can’t use our old lightning cords since it charges with usb-c.
