Just like any other Apple product this is very good quality but also too expensive and overpriced I would go for the iPad mini 5 or even gen 6 which is coming in the 2nd quarter 2021

It isn’t easy to swipe across the page like my old IPad. It is disgusting that apple changed the charging cord and charger. I had a good bit invested in good cords. SHAME ON THEM. The man who helped me, Vincent PATTALIO, was very helpful, patient, and supportive in helping me switch my info from my dying iPad to the new one. However, if i had known about the cord and charger, i would not have purchased an apple product.

I went to the store to buy the iPad, both times I had to pay for shipping. According to the store there were none in stock

Slower than my old iPad & freezes up on pages occasionally.

No box, dead zones, questionable battery life. But I’m waiting for the next update to see if if it’s a software issue. Otherwise great machine. Super bride, smooth, and runs apps like butter. Flossing them seems to be the biggest problem. But that has to do with the dead zones on the screen. Idk what’s up?

iPad Air was an open box item in store so for the price it was great however I prefer the pro.

Not sure if it was just the piece that I got or it’s an issue in general, but the screen touch wasn’t good. I had to press firmly to get the item pressed on the screen. Usually you don’t even have to touch hard at all. So I returned mine. The touch ID was pretty good.

I bought two of these and this review is solely for the refurbished item. Beat Buy, get your act together!! This was supposed to be in like new condition packed with original items. This came in a dirty box, wrapped in plastic bubble wrap inside and came with a LIGHTENING MACBOOK CHARGER that was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY in a ziplock bag with GARBAGE in it!!! PATHETIC! And I returned it. And this was after my order being 5 days late!! I’m not happy and recommend NO ONE buy BB refurbished because they do a crappy job.

I’ve only had mine about 3 weeks & it won’t come on! Hopefully, Best Buy can fix it!

I am disappointed because the pen only works with certain apps, it’s larger than I prefer, I rarely use it at all and I wish I would have just waited another month before buying it, because I would have ordered the new Mini. Now I am looking to resell this iPad so I can get something smaller.

I have had issues with it not charging as well as overheating. Only 3 weeks old.

I like the color bought this for replacement of 2015 iPad mini.

Sales person gave me inaccurate quotes on iPads with cell service. I thought that was what I ordered, but received one without cell service and spent hours trying to figure out why I could not connect to our Verizon business account. Store had no stock on hand so I am stuck with the wrong iPad.

Even since day one, this Ipad has and continues to freeze.
