It seems like the battery doesn’t last long at all

I know it’s been a few months sense i got this iPad, it is the worst thing i have ever spent my money on!!! I didn’t return it because i thought it was just me not knowing how to use it. Well I believe i was given a defective ipad. Just about every time i use it, it locks up on me, when i try to close the apps it will not let me. I just want to throw it across the room.

DISAPPOINTING piece of junk at a price of more than triple what it should be.

The item it is good, we everyone knows apple and they products. About best buy, the price was good for me good, but the shipping it’s the worst. It was delayed 2 times.

After less than a year's use it now won't charge. Very very disgusting. Am taking it back to store to see if it can be fixed under original warranty.

Best buy representative was rude during purchase. Was helping someone else at the same time and did not bother asking how my problem could be resolved.

Since I purchased this iPad I’ve had to send it back to Apple twice and now the new one they sent me won’t accept the passcode that I chose. Nobody at Apple care can help me.

I purchased as an “open box” discount; never again. I’ve had nothing but heck since I took it outta the box. Going today for a geek squad appointment because it’s locked me out and even Apple support couldn’t get into it. Also, there’s a faint line etched in the screen that will not go away. This is the worst purchase ever done with Beat Buy. Never buy anything as an “open box” discount because you get jacked!

I bought an iPad last month online and they didn’t apply my reward points so I called to the costumer service, for one the person who answered hung up on me when I asked for support, I have spent a lot on tvs, movies etc but very disappointed now, I have no complaints about the item just the poor service that I have gotten after many years

got locked out and it became disabled. No USB cord with the ipad air all the money spent and i cant connect to the computer. I bought an ipad USB and it does not fit. This is so unfortunate considering the amount of money spent. Not satisfied.

Item was defective, battery would not stay charged. Returned it for refund. Also, could not find a clamcase to fit this ipad. I went in the store and they told me the case would fit but it did not.

The IPAD freezes up frequently. I sent the first one back. The replacement was not any better.

Not a good buy from Best Buy. The free included stuff never materialized. The Anti-virus wouldn’t download, I never got the free Apple TV. The other Apple free stuff was garbage. Who needs to sign up for Apple Music or Apple News. Next time I buy Apple it will be from Apple. Enough said.

Disappointed!! I'm both an apple and windows user. Anything you create on the ipad air CANNOT be moved over to a windows computer or saved onto a thumb drive or any other device preserving that file, you can ONLY open it on the ipad you made it on. Totally defeats the point I bought it!

This was open box geek certified refurbished newest model iPad Air. Turns out there was a battery problem. It would not hold a charge. It would be charged to 100% overnight and then by the end of the day it would be at 15% even though it was never used that day.

Horrible Customer Service during my many attempts to reach them to find out the order status of my iPad. The fact that this is the fourth time I’ve received this survey and nothing’s come from it is a testimony to how bad your Customer Service is.

Wish I could give this less than 1 star. Been crashing since purchased. Apple support has been a joke. Apple just not what it used to be. Have been customer since ipod days, but I’m ready to move to surface.

After a week wait, I got an email on the evening my purchase was supposed to be picked up that it wouldn’t be ready. Also, less than nice costumer service on that day. Very sad for spending that much money.

Horrible - worst experience ever from the beginning until the end and still now. Not sure I will EVER DEAL WITH BEST BUY EVER AGAIN.
