My first Apple IPad had to be returned it was defective now waiting for next one to be delivered Hopefully it will arrive soon & in good working condition

Upset that I purchased two and about a week or so later I purchased this one 100 less and you would not retroactive give me the difference back after buying two so soon beforehand.

Faulty item sent to me, touch was not working. As shown in website excellent, it was worst.

Product fine, sales associate was of no help. He even sold me a cover that was the wrong size which necessitated a long drive back to exchange.

I ordered an open box iPad air and it was in "excellent" condition. I received my order and the iPad was dirty and did not turn on at all.

Perhaps the quality is good, I don't know, but I thought it would come with instructions....it doesn't. I should never have bought it.

My iPad was delivered late and the ipad pencil is not compatible with it that I purchased with it. I’m beyond upset

I’d love to write a review but I was to recieve this iPad on the 18th but have yet to see it!

Screen broke after dropping in kitchen floor had case on. Screen costs $600 to repair. Can buy a new one for $750.

I dint recived my product and I had got an email that I already had recived the product but I never recived anything.

I returned it because it wouldn’t allow access to the App Store. Do Not try charging me for this.

I wish the employee had given more time and information. I wish I had gotten the one with a better camera.

Got this for Christmas this last year. The last iPad I owned was an iPad mini 2. They have really worked to perfect the whole design since then. This thing has an incredible screen and inbuilt keyboard size. Though I do recommend always having a charger with you if you plan to use this on the go, especially if you like watching a lot of videos. The iPad Air can usually hold charge while watching videos for about 6-7 hours in my experience. However with lighter workloads and gaming it can last much more with intermission style power shifts. One thing I love about this is that it uses a simple USB-C charger. That means that even people who run android exclusive phones can use their chargers on this no problem, and connection to other devices that don't have Apple AirDrop has never been easier. The camera isn't much to write home about, but it is perfectly serviceable for a tablet to be sure.

They sold me an IPad that was broken labeled good condition. Luckily it was under warranty still.

Love this IPad. Works great and I have never had a problem with it.

i absolutely love this ipad, i use it to do my schoolwork and it’s lightweight so it’s super easy to carry!

Ive had this iPad and the pencil for 4 years. Ive used it for school and personal organization and games. You can use it as a computer if you get a keyboard case. I recommend at least a protective case and screen protector (paperlike for apple pencil) Its so useful and one of my best purchases.

I really love my ipad. Its really easy to use. I love how you use your fingerprint to log in.
