Horrible Packaging and Delivery

The text message that was supposed to update me on its arrival was so late, almost twenty minutes later. If my sister hadn't seen it about five minutes in, my box would've been drenched. Also, the packaging was horrible. Half of the box was all messed up and even worse, on the inside there was no such things as bubble wraps or foam. It was basically a smaller box inside a big box, sliding all over while on delivery. Horrible experience overall.
