    I purchased this as a gift for my neice. It took me some time to research which Ipad would best suit her needs and I settled on this one. I am very please with our choice. But better than that was the delivery option. I was able to get the Ipad delivered the same day it was ordered. This is phenomenal.

    Operationally this iPad is awesome! Does it have design flaws, yes. The camera lens protrudes on the back corner and it is concerning - will I unknowingly damage it? will I mess up my furniture due to scrapes? (I’ve already messed up my storage drawer). Hopefully a cover will eliminate this...but the one I want is currently out of stock. The edges of the iPad are square-ish and are more difficult to grasp...but I’m getting better at it. I ordered the cool blue...but honestly it’s actually a pale gray - very disappointing. I hate the power button’s location due to the fact when in landscape mode (and that’s what I use the most often) - I often turn it off without meaning to. In portrait mode, I don’t have a problem.

    I had great service purchasing my imac and ipad at the store. I also signed up for tech support and they sent Jason to my home to set up everything. He is amazing ! Showed me all about my new Mac and set it up perfectly ! I would give him 5 stars. Great job Best Buy. The reason i keep coming back for your products are staff like Jason.

    I've always had samsung tablets in the past - this is my first apple. They are about the same but I am told the Apple product will last way longer than the Samsung and that their warranty is better. We shall see. I've never had a Samsung last for more than 3 years and then they stop charging or holding a charge. Hopefully the Apple will be better.
