    IPad Air screen froze persistently. After restoring to factory and reinstalling, following Apple tech instructions the iPad still failed. This NOT a Best Buy issue and Apple Store replaced my iPad without question.

    Love my iPad Pro and the face recognition. I also bought the Smart Keyboard to go with it and it had pretty much replaced my laptop!

    This Apple product has enough memory to be able to do a lot more than her old I Pad. My wife really likes it. The key pad is very useful

    Great bang for the buck! Great little iPad for starters , it supports Apple Pencil 2 which is much better than the old one

    Best balance in cost to performance ratio in an iPad! Couldn’t justify the pro with older processor. Best used with the magic keyboard:

    So far, so good. I didn’t like the keyboard that I bought at the time so I got another one that suits me much more. That makes it heavier than I would prefer but…that is not an IPad issue. I’m changing from a MacBook and previously, a MacAir so…the jury is still out but so far, I’m pretty happy with it.
