Completely new, never had an issue with the iPad what so ever and it’s going on 2 years of use. I’m very satisfied with the product and couldn’t be happier using it for school purposes!

I LOVE LOVE my ipad mini. I just purchased the 10.9 inch ipad air for my husband. It had an older version of the ipad. This 10.9 inch ipad air has all the newest updates. It is easy to use. The icons are clear...the voice is crisp and loud!!

I'm actually excited I upgraded to this model. The battery last longer then my last iPad which I had for several years. The picture quality is excellent especially for reading comics on Comixology and watching movies on Prime, YouTube, and Netflix.

I love my Apple 4 th gen air pad. It’s a huge step up from my old friend iPad circa 2013. It’s fast and I am able to enjoy all the apps running smoothly. The screen is a great size and the graphics are beautiful. Very happy with my purchase.

Great iPad! I bought this for my daughter instead of a laptop for college, and added a case with a keyboard. It's an excellent option because it's smaller and more lightweight, and she can use the stylus to take notes. She loves it.

Purchased the iPad Air 4 to as an upgrade to the iPad Air 3. The screen is definitely brighter and the response time is faster with the new chip. Also, the camera is much better. Has been very reliable and easy to use.

As a Apple consumer this iPad is the perfect size to fit into a purse, book bag or suitcase. It has finger touch security which I love. Battery life is better than past iPads and added features make it top notch! Apple never disappoints!

Just WOW! What an amazing piece of technology. I don’t bother using my laptop anymore! With an Apple Smart Keyboard and an external Bluetooth mouse is all you need! The screen is incredibly sharp, vibrant and color rich. It’s extremely quick!

Ultra portable device that can handle all of your daily activities from browsing the web, email communications, watching movies, playing games, listening to music, plus a plethora of apps that will appease almost all professionals whether it be music artist, drawing artist, photographers, writers, etc. Screen clarity and color pops out of this iPad and the speaker placements makes hearing sound more "immersive." Battery life depending on usage can last between 8 hours of heavy use to about 5 days with light occasional use. Unless you have a need to use a personal computer (PC) or laptop due to professional software or other reasons only available to computer operating system (OS) and not mobile OS, this device can easily replace a PC or laptop.

Going from an iPad mini 2 to an iPad Air was such an upgrade. I’m a freelance graphic designer and don’t much heavy work so this was the perfect fit for my necessity. It’s right in the middle between the iPad and iPad Pro.

Another great iPad! I purchased 2 of these for my nieces. Technology is always growing, and this was a great buy. It is fast, light, and has great lines. My nieces love playing games and drawing on it with their apple pencil.

The iPad 4th Generation is a major upgrade over my previous iPad. The processor is much faster and I like the absence of a “home” button. Transfer of information was easy with zero problems.

This iPad Air is a gorgeous device. It’s my first iPad and it’s amazing. It runs quickly, and the screen is very colorful. Just a note that it doesn’t use a lightning charger - it uses usb C (charger included)
