I purchased a new Ipad on a great sale price from Best Buy in July. It took less than a week to get shipped to the store, and then we set up an appointment with the Geek Squad to do a freed setup and transfer of all settings, data and apps from my old Ipad. This went seamlessly and took less than an hour. Great job by the Geek squad rep, and the new Ipad is crystal clear and very fast. Just what i was looking for.

This iPad is a great size, very light, and I love the color options. I chose this over the iPad Pro and am not disappointed.

This is like a Tesla where my old one was a Model T. Love love love it. Didn't realize how slow and incapable the old one was.

This little iPad has worked out great! Copying my previous iPad Pro onto it was a snap and didn’t take long to complete. I always have my Apple Pencil in my hand so using the new feature to hand write to fill out forms is supper easy. The sound and visual upgrades are amazing and beautiful, cosmetically pleasing inside and out since you choose all your own color shades and backgrounds. Functional aspects are what we come to expect from Apple; outstanding, near flawless and simply a joy to use.

Great screen clarity - vastly improved over the 2nd generation it replaced, weight is excellent. If Apple hadn’t changed the charging port and eliminated the ear phone jack I would have given it 5 stars. No home button takes some getting used to if you don’t have one of the newer IPhones.

recently upgraded from an older model, this new version is light and powerful. Great for every day use.

Unit has great battery life in comparison to my old iPad. Response time infinitely faster. Picture quality and colors amazing.

This is my first iPad in nearly 10 years. I haven’t really had a use for one. With the pandemic and working from home, I’ve had more time to enjoy some new shows and revamp my productivity process. This iPad has been more than I expected! The screen is pretty great and I love the ability to use the Apple Pencil. The expanded App Store for iPadOS is also more than anticipated. I got this as an open box so I was able to save some money even while getting the 256GB version.

Super cute color! Easy to use and I am absolutely loving drawing on it. The screen is perfect size to just chill and watch.

I originally went to buy an iPad Mini but found the features of the Air much better for not a ton more money. Easy to set up...just had my iPhone 12 next to it and it took only a few minutes. The touch ID is a bit awkward, but I didn't set it up using different angles as suggested, so that it can read my print in a couple of different positions. Maybe that's still an option... Overall, it's what I expected and the sound is fantastic for an iPad Air!

Fast, easy to use and setup. Other then not having two cameras and the better screen refresh rate, it is definitely a Best Buy
