I am a low-level tech user, but the on-screen set-up instructions were easy to follow, especially when combined with numerous online videos of the process. The Touch ID does not always connect, but password access is always available. It works beautifully for email and web-surfing, which are my main uses so far.

nice size and it functions great. delivery didn't take long at all. it's my first time ordering from best buy and they did not disappoint. the 4th gen is just as good as the 5th gen, and probably others. i'm glad i did research beforehand to avoid spending more money for the same thing.

I really like the ipad its a perfect size not too big not too small. Works quick but I got the wifi one so im not able to connect it unless i have wifi or hotspot which was my fault.

This is my third IPad, love them. The first one was stolen and the second one became outdated, could not get some newer Apps and wouldn’t update ones I already had due to the age of the device. Best Buy was having a great sale so it was time to upgrade. Knew what I was getting as I did the research on my own prior to going to the store.

I purchased the IPad Air 4th generation on December 08, 2020, and I am thoroughly enjoying using it daily. The size, sound and video screen is absolutely great. I do not regret my decision to purchase this particular IPad at all. I will admit that I spent a good deal of time researching the particular IPad in order to make the best decision and I am very pleased.

Absolutely in love with it! Just using it for note taking and light sketching (i do my bigger projects on my pc using photoshop). The amount of sketchbooks i have keeps growing and needs to stop and this was the best alternative! If you plan on using an air for big projects i highly recommend the one with more GB.

I love it! Had an Air 2 still going strong but felt I deserved an upgrade. It doesn’t disappoint with the new A12 chip. Wished Apple (considering price) would have added facial recognition but their way was to give you full screen by placing fingerprint sensor on side. Admit it is a tad awkward but this would be the only complaint I have to a well made beautiful iPad.

I love this ipad. I own a small art business and I use it pretty much for art and journaling/planning. I had the Air 3 and this is a major improvement from that device. Idk why some people are mad about the storage. At least for work purposes, 64gb is fine as a secondary device. I upload everything to my computer so nothing stays on my iPad for too long.

This IPad basically replaced my phone and laptop. I used it for researching things, movies, and messaging people. Unfortunately I dropped mine in water and it instantly died. So be wary of that.
