It took me a while to navigate, but when I did I was very pleased. I am pleased with the speed and the picture quality. Very much improved.

I gave 5 stars for the Best Buy customer support. I purchased the latest iPad model and shipped to my grandson for Christmas and the package was lost. Best Buy customer service immediately refunded my purchase and gave me an awesome deal on the iPad Air for a fraction of the sticker price because the model I had originally purchased was no longer available. I was able to ship in time for Christmas and my grandson and my daughter were extremely happy and impressed with the power of the iPad Air. I will definitely shop at Best Buy ahead of any other store and cannot say enough about how wonderful I was treated. Thank you Best Buy!

I still haven’t figured how to do everything it was made to do but boy is it nice! I bought this for my daughter to learn how to do animations and she let’s me play with it.

The ipad was purchased for a business to held with customer onsite ordering. It is fast and functional. Would highly recommend.

The design is very sleek. Having no home button and having to swipe up to get to home takes some getting used to. The screen colors are very vibrant.

I am so glad I purchased this iPad! It is great for school work and for just watching shows on. Great battery life too!

Love the high resolution and the screen size. A bit too big to read books but excellent to read the newspaper and magazines.

I contemplating getting a iPad Pro because of the M1 and the faster refresh rate but to be honest this Air is perfect in terms of performance. I'm not power user by any means but for most people this iPad will be MORE than enough. The faster refresh rate is really nice but the price jump is not worth it in my opinion. The M1 would be nice to future proof but again I don't think I'll see the performance in real world use. I have an M1 MacBook Air and I use that for my daily computing needs and my iPad as a media consumption or note taking tablet. The two pair very nicely together!

It’s definitely faster then my first addition from 2013. Some features I did like with my first iPad, but that’s the way electronics go.

Another great product from Apple! We purchased this for a child to play games/watch Netflix etc. It is extremely quick abd the picture quality is excellent!

Wife just loves this IPad. The bigger screen and size is awesome but a little pricey. Apple needs to come down on their products but we like the best.

Just upgrade my iPad from the first generation iPad Pro. Huge difference. Battery life is amazing.

I absolutely love my new I-Pad, My 2nd generation's battery does not last very long and this one lasts over 10 hours. Love the 4k movies and images. Best I ever saw.

I recently upgraded to this iPad Air from having an iPad Air 2. The screen is a lot bigger and clearer. Being able to use the Apple Pencil is an extra benefit as well!
