He helped me pick the most appropriate IPad for my needs and talked me through the accessories. He helped me sign up for the 12 months free financing, which made it easy to plan my budget. Even though it took several visits to make a final decision, he stuck right with me and always made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was also the most courteous person. I appreciated Mr. Simpson and Best Buy’s policies to help me with this purchase.
