I can’t tell you how many times I might go to a store to buy electronics only to walk out empty handed because of lack of knowledge of Products- I am over 76 years old with minimal knowledge of buying Apple products! This very kind sales lady came to check how she could help me and did! Thanks for hiring people who aren’t afraid of the elders visiting your store!! I love my iPad!!!
