At first i was unsure about this purchase as i had not had a good experience all day at a retail store. i’m so glad i chose to come here. the gentleman that helped me was so so nice and i will definitely be returning to best buy rather than the apple store for almost all my needs. I love this ipad it’s so nice having an alternative that allows me to not put to much wear and tear on my phone.

I'm am an Android user and I own a Pixel 6, so I had tried several android tablets and Chromebook but nothing works as well as an Apple iPad OS. Sorry Google but you just don't know how to make good OS for tablets, its just the worst thing I had ever experienced. For all you android fans out there if you want a tablet that works just buy the iPad.

I have been wanting an iPad for a while so I finally went and got this one. Love the sky blue color, so pretty! I got the Apple Pencil too and I have been using it regularly for all sorts of stuff. Love that it easily goes between my iPhone and love that my AirPods move over when I change from iPhone to iPad and back again without needing to manually do it.

My wife was due for a new iPad, so we ordered an iPad Air in rose gold. The folks at store #350 were once again the best. The iPad was supposed to arrive in 10 days and arrived in 7--very happy--until it began malfunctioning. the day after we received it. The display would flash on and off, requiring the passcode to continue, sometimes flashing of before being able to enter the passcode. Siri would come on and go off in the lower right-hand corner, along with an orange light in the upper right-hand corner. We finally drew a line and took it into the same Best Buy store to the Geek Squad, where it is today. Technician stated it was more than issue with Siri, that other software was responsible. We await the assessment. Will follow up.

Great the 4th generation is solid and not much about it is different than the fifth generation except the price :) The easy docking is very nice and I purchased an additional keyboard combo case to go with it and it works very well. I also purchased it refurbished/geek squad certified and it was in perfect condition with no issues.
