    Everyone was very helpful, with one exception. The woman who helped with my Fitbit purchase went beyond what I’ve experienced in the past. She cheerfully looked for what I wanted and prior to that answered all of my questions. My IPad purchase was different though. I was being helped by a salesperson most helpful. Then the Chrome salesperson became my helper. This was my second experience with him. This time he sold me something your business didn’t have. After that another person helped and all went well u til time to pay. No one seemed to have heard of a return being credited to a credit card. Tommy, my help with a trade-in cannot be praised enough. She took time, explained what I didn’t understand and treated me with respect.
