    The iPad Air is an excellent tech item. It allowed me to complete contracts on the go. But please please please get apple care. This was my biggest mistake. My iPad got shut in a door and the screen broke. But if I didn’t have apple care so I’m out of a $700 iPad.

    Love the screen clarity and biometric log in. Hate that it does not have headphone jack and have been unable to find a USBC adaptor that works. Did not see it in the specs that they did away with the headphone jack

    Replaced an older IPad Pro with a damaged screen. The iPad Air improvements do not justify purchase, would not have made the purchase had the screen not been damaged The touch screen does not function any better. Still very easy to go to the wrong item when trying to roll the screen. When an item is expanded the contract feature functions poorly.
