    I usually never buy used/new items. When I say used/new they call it an open box item that someone returned due to wrong color or wrong size. I consider it the fact I can’t take of the sweet satisfying plastic that come off the screen. That being said it’s a great product and nothing is wrong with it exactly like best it said!

    Device was in perfect condition, but came with a charger block and cord that did not work. Contacted customer support and was told I could exchange the accessory for a new one but when I went to my nearby store, I was told I must exchange the entire order to get a working charger. I had to buy an entire new cord and block.
