    Ordering was very simple. It’s the delivery that was a problem. I can’t believe with all the technology of today, I was unable to change my shipping location before the item shipped. because of the shipping delay, I was not longer at the location and had to pay extra for it to be shipped to my new location.

    I came into Best buy to buy a new ipad air, I purchased my last ipad here 5 years ago & was due for an upgrade. the ipad i wanted wasn't in stock so it was ordered & I was sent an email it was in the store so I came in & picked it up. I also had ordered a screen protector for it & they put it on for me also. the staff was very helpful & nice.

    After 4 years my daughter was ready for a new iPad. After researching the available options and models, we decided that the iPad Air was the right one for her drawing and tablet needs. This model had all the right specs and features, very close to the iPad Pro for hundreds less. Comes with 6 months free Apple Music!
