Slightly heavier than my old one but not that noticeable and I am so happy with the bigger screen! Have to buy extra chargers as this is not same as old ones.

I usually use it for school to write down stuff with notability, or when I need something on the go it’s perfect instead of my MacBook. I’ve always had the iPad and going to the previous gen 3 iPad air to the 4th is such an upgrade! If you want an iPad I say get it, especially this blue color it’s super cute .

I have had no problems with the iPad itself. It feels snappy and handles all of the apps well. The fingerprint scanner works well. The only issue I have with it is that I wish it had a bigger battery. If you are a heavy user, buy a portable battery if you are on the go a lot. You will need to recharge it. I am not a heavy user, minimized power draw from all the apps (ie, turned off back ground refresh, no games, etc) and by the end of the day, I am at about 40 - 50 percent. I really only do note taking on it. But none-the-less I am happy with it. I bought the 64GB version because I knew I would not be doing any gaming on it.

Amazing but definitely different

So I decided to get new one and it was on sale! Its alil bulky and heavier then my 2014 ipad air 2 but it works smoothly and the display is so clear and amazing. However I am not a fan of the new port that uses the USB-C charger I have so many lightning chargers that I cant use for this one but luckily i have the same for my Samsung phone. The other annoying thing is how you have to power it off. Just pressing the top button isnt enough, you have to press the volume at the same time to power it off now so i just turn it on airplane mode if i plan on using it again later. Otherwise its worth it

Though I am still learning the many features of the iPad, I was able to set up the apps that I use the most. I was amazed that the iPad replicated so much of the date on my iPhone, like photos, contacts, network connection. This saved me so much time!
