I've been using the new Apple IPad Air for several days and am very pleased with the product. My only complaint would be with Apple and the fact that all the information indicated I would be able to easily transfer the data from my older IPad Air as long as I had a compatible operating system of iOS 11.xx or above. I had this on my older IPad but could not get the transfer to process. The error message indicated I needed a much newer operating system to facilitate the process. Very misleading and inconsistent information.

The product overall is amazing. I love all of its features. My only issue is that the touch screen isn’t as response as the one on my iPad 6th generation. I sometime have to touch something two or three times to get it to respond, but nothing that makes it unusable. Initially, I bought this product from another retailer and experienced the same issue, so I returned it and bought it from Best Buy instead. However, I still experience the same thing, so I can only assume this issue is common.

The latest Model of the iPad Air is a pleasure to use. The finger scan on this model is perfect and the quick charging time is super fast! This 64GB iPad is the perfect upgrade for me!

I LOVE MY IPAD! first off it’s adorable. I like that it compliments my other apple products. The Apple Pencil is very useful. I’ve been creating and writing, internet surfing and meeting goals. I’m so happy I got it when I did.

I was able to make an appointment within 1 day and arrived the next day, on time, and only waited about 5 minutes. The Geek Squad Rep. listened to my concerns and suggested a couple of solutions. I chose the best one and was on my way. Good fast service. Will be back.

Great Ipad works exactly like it is supposed to. My daughter loves the ipad. The rose gold is particularly beautiful. I am so glad that I ordered this for her and even though, it came like a month and a half late. She loves it, I am thinking about buying one for me.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She’s eleven and I bought the same for her twin sister except different color. I must say they were the happiest! I love the design, the fact that I can manage their accounts and see what they are doing, buying, and downloading!

This was a gift for My 16 year old daughter, she wanted a tablet that she could draw in it, and checking the Apple Pencil 2, it was compatible with this iPad, so I went for it and did not disappointed.

Love my iPad Air! Also bought the Magic Keyboard. I had to learn how to touch and swipe. It's taking a little time to get used to because I've always had a PC. Andy, the sales person that sold it to me, took the time to answer all my questions and explained the difference between some other models. I also took advantage of Total Tech Support, scheduled an appointment and had other questions answered after I purchased it--well worth the cost!

Great deal I received. Store had an open box iPad Pro in excellent condition and all the accessories. This was an upgrade and fully satisfied. Picture quality blows the iPad mini I previously, the sound quality is so much better. Highly recommend.

Assuming this is for the radio and backup view that were installed in our car. The work was done efficiently and viewing back up is priceless. The challenge is getting stations and learning the new radio; however, we will eventually figure it out.

So far good. Usually buy a regular iPad but decided to upgrade since the last iPad only lasted 2 years before it would not turn on. I have had many iPads over the years and they are reliable. This iPad is fun to use with the pencil. My granddaughter likes to use it to draw.

Ok. Not as good as m1 pro 11. Get that one if you care at all. This is good for kids only. Do your self a favor and get the pro nowwwwww.

I love the wider field of view. The resolution is clean. The side on and off button is easy to use and has finger print functionality. The new usb c charging ports are more compatible with my other devices and these ports are being found in more of today’s automobiles.

I bought an open box ipad air. Everything was included and in great shape. So far i am impressed - it is speedy and the screen resolution is amazing!

The product is a beautiful extension of the phones and MacBooks that provide seamless transition between all three. I was hesitant to but since I was worried I wouldn’t use it, but i find plenty of uses throughout my day.

I had my first iPad in 2016 with 16 G. I now needed more memory and came in to my local store. Fell I love with the iPad Air with double my memory capacity. I’m now streaming and enjoying the experience of more capabilities than I had before!

An exceptionally good deal, the color quality is great a big improvement over our old I-Pad. My wife is an artist and finds the colors in the pictures she's taken to be closer to to reality than (even) photographs we've taken with our pro-grade camera.

First IPad so can only compare it to the Samsung Galaxy tab I returned for it. I purchased tablet due to lower price, but quickly realized due to having an iPhone that it was obviously easier to convert everything with an iPad. Great picture quality and sound.

Amazing love the color & new additions. Perfect for school & keeps my backpack light without having to carry a heavy laptop anymore. Super portable and efficient with awesome colors, totally recommend!:)
