Had an older iPad Pro and traded it in for this new iPad Air, I didn't think it was necessary to get another pro when this model does more then enough of what I need to do so spending the extra money was not necessary.

iPads are iPads, and they do iPad things, so if you know that, this is a great one. The design is much nicer than the previous models with the fatter bezels on the top and bottom, and the fingerprint scanner is quick and accurate.

I did my research and it paid off. I got exactly what I needed and wanted for a good price. The floor sales rep was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped with the few things I had questions about and made the experience a pleasant one.

I love my iPad Air 4th Gen. It is really nice and it has a beautiful Screen and the picture and display are amazing and so clear to, and so easy to set up too, because it's an apple product and so user friendly too.

I had to buy a new iPad Air because my battery stopped charging on my old unit. It was expensive, but I use it every day, so it’s worth the money. I love that it pairs up with my iPhone, so that no matter which one I grab, my stuff is always available.

This is my first apple product and it took a moment for me to learn the operation (I'm a Samsung girl) but I wanted to get clear videos and FaceTime with my children and grandchildren. I like it for communicating with other Apple users. Nice product.

Love this iPad. The features and functions are so much better than my iPad Air 2. I specially love the Apple Pencil feature. I only wish this one had facial recognition. Otherwise, I am so glad I chose this one over the iPad 9.

I exchanged this model for the Pro. Now there are a few things on this that are better than the Pro but not much. For one the price is half of the Pro and the improved screen is great as well but there isn't much that is different from the Pro besides the size.

It’s perfect! I bought this to use as an alternative to my laptop when I only need to do basic things, like watching shows, sketching, or virtual calls. Along with the magic keyboard the iPad is so convenient. Also, the rose gold is so pretty!

Really love this. I’ve never had an iPad before but really wanted one to use for digital drawing. So far it’s been incredible and easy to use and now I use it for everything. The speakers, by the way, are incredible was not expecting that bonus.

I bought this Model for my wife for Christmas because her old one could not update. She wanted a unit that she could have and use for as long as possible, thus we got the latest model. She seems very happy with it. It sets itself up which was a real plus.

I thought I wanted a MacBook but, let me tell you I was so wrong! I can’t imagine having a MacBook now lol, this iPad does it all! I purchased the magic keyboard so I have my own mini laptop in my hands and portable!

Honestly very impressed I got the iPad as a second driver instead of my MacBook and I find myself using it a lot more then my computer

New apple chip makes this iPad Air very responsive and quick, handles multiple pages open, great for streaming Hulu, Amazon prime videos or sling TV, love that the Apple Pencil magnetically attaches and charges on the side

Great upgrade from the 3rd Gen! Closest you're going to get to the Pro series without spending Pro series money! Apple was smart to include a fingerprint sensor, the ability to use Apple Pencil 2, and Magic Keyboard to the Air. All Worth the upgrade!!!!

iPad air was sturdy and the finishing was good. The tab is very responsive and quick. I also purchased the apple pencil which works well to take notes and quickly translates into text. I also got a keyboard so this is a suitable replacement for my laptop.

Scott was my salesman and he was so helpful. He showed me all the iPads and the case that was available for each. I chose the air and can’t say enough good things about it. I am pleased with the products and especially the service at Best Buy.
