love it. the ipad paired with the magic keyboard really make it like my macbook air. however my macbook is still very useful. but the ipad does what it is more than supposed to do and keeps up with just as much as y ipad pro did.

Some of the new features are a little difficult to learn, but they aren’t too bad. I do not like the new power port that requires a different cord than the lightening adapter.

I bought this for my son for Xmas. I just checked his screen time for last week and he averaged 13 hours per day last week. I’d say that’s a great gift but we are going to have to start limiting his time.

We are very pleased with the new iPad; it was exactly what we were looking for. This purchase was to help our Niece with learning and school, and it has been a well worth asset to her education.

The iPad has changed a lot in the past few years. Its physical form is pretty much the same. But its software has evolved to support more desktop-like functions. It runs on insanely powerful chips. It works with a keyboard and mouse.

Excellent tablet from Apple and solid quality and specs across the board.

It's an iPad, and one that still holds up. If you can get it at a good discount, go for it.

A real shame I didn’t keep this. However, I needed one that had LTE capability. Before returning it, I played around with it for an hour or so. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy with the iPad Pro, but this is an awesome tool.

Great help and service from Geek Squad Joseph to help me set up my new iPad Apple Air 4th Generation, and follow through with two other visits to answer further questions. Actual helping me buy the best iPad for my needs was Carlos.

Overall happy with purchase but, totally disappointed with geek squad. Feel ripped off and not happy that I spent hundreds for yearly membership. The geek from the squad was at my house for maybe 15 minutes. He did not seem interested in helping us. My Google nest is still not set up. He told me I could learn from the apps!! Not at all interested in setting it up. I’m really considering canceling membership and sending in a buyer beware warning if there isn’t one already.

Great screen but bezels could be smaller. Very nice color selesction. Battery is solid. Almost as good as the pro.

After 6 1/2 years, I needed to update my tablet. I had a iPad Pro 9.7, but didn’t feel the need to get another pro since the Air allowed me to do what I needed and wanted to do. I’m very happy with my new tablet!

Had to have a tablet within an hour. My dad had a stroke and he couldnt move his fingers on his little tablet. I took this to him at the hospital and his eyes lit up. Thank you for helping me make my 76 yr. Old dad happy.

About what you would expect. A lot better than the cheap model, little worse than pro. Flaws in design, Touch ID is nice but it’s badly placed. The same button that turns it off is the Touch ID button. It’s a weird aspect ratio where no videos fit the display right. It only has a usb c port and when connected to accessories like music interfaces or as a 2nd display for a Mac it lags bad.

I switched from the ipad mini, to this. It is all good, besides battery. The ipad mini battery compared to the ipad air isn’t good, the ipad mini lasted longer to me. it is a good ipad though.

Love my new washer dryer, I'm going to recommend them to my daughter. How much does delivery, tax and (the $688 each) cost? When one store couldn't deliver for a month Best Buy delivered and installed in less than a week.

Bought this for my daughters birthday gift last Christmas. She can use it for work, shopping, or games. Also bought the keyboard to make typing notes and messages easier.

I love the new iPad EXCEPT for the lack of a "Home" button. Navigating the iPad was easier with the home button.

Got this iPad to use for media use and it works perfectly! If you’re looking to get one that isn’t crazy pricey and are looking for the same use as I then you can’t go wrong with this one.
