I’m having to adjust to some differences but overall I like it. I was disappointed because the clerk told me that everything would transfer from my old one to the new and it didn’t.

Had to have a tablet within an hour. My dad had a stroke and he couldnt move his fingers on his little tablet. I took this to him at the hospital and his eyes lit up. Thank you for helping me make my 76 yr. Old dad happy.

This is just as good as the pro model and your not really loosing any features that the more expensive one’s have. If you’re deciding between the por and this one i definitely recommend getting the Air

The iPad has changed a lot in the past few years. Its physical form is pretty much the same. But its software has evolved to support more desktop-like functions. It runs on insanely powerful chips. It works with a keyboard and mouse.

I love the new iPad EXCEPT for the lack of a "Home" button. Navigating the iPad was easier with the home button.

Overall happy with purchase but, totally disappointed with geek squad. Feel ripped off and not happy that I spent hundreds for yearly membership. The geek from the squad was at my house for maybe 15 minutes. He did not seem interested in helping us. My Google nest is still not set up. He told me I could learn from the apps!! Not at all interested in setting it up. I’m really considering canceling membership and sending in a buyer beware warning if there isn’t one already.

The purchase was great. the sales rep was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The IPAD is just what is needed. I am vet happy with the purchase and will certainly return to Best Buy.

I needed a new iPad to replace the previous one which was several years old. This model has everything I need for convenience on the go. Extremely satisfied with this purchase, would recommend it.

Love my new washer dryer, I'm going to recommend them to my daughter. How much does delivery, tax and (the $688 each) cost? When one store couldn't deliver for a month Best Buy delivered and installed in less than a week.

Had to buy a new one as my other wasn’t getting updates anymore which is sad as it works get and now is a useless iPad. But this new one work great. Just hoping this one doesn’t become outdated

About what you would expect. A lot better than the cheap model, little worse than pro. Flaws in design, Touch ID is nice but it’s badly placed. The same button that turns it off is the Touch ID button. It’s a weird aspect ratio where no videos fit the display right. It only has a usb c port and when connected to accessories like music interfaces or as a 2nd display for a Mac it lags bad.

Bought it for my grandchildren and of course, they love it. I was impressed with the quality.

came from 1st gen air, moved up to this. It has been well worth it. It was my go-to for study time. I was waiting for USB-C. I'm not the biggest fan of the power button touch id, but it works reliably.

As always Best Buy is the best place to buy electronics. I am their customer since 2000 and I never had any problems. This is my 3rd iPad and I bought it for work. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Purchased this iPad (4th gen) in “Excellent” condition from Open Box. Very happy and satisfied with this product! In its original packaging, no flaws, works as expected…perfectly!
