Best iPad I’ve ever had and came in good condition

Love it. My son ssid it's the iphone 12 of tablets.

My Apple iPad Air 4th generation came with a glitch. Every time I turn on the iPad, the Settings icon has a red circle with an inscribed 1. When I tap on Settings, I get a message saying to update my Apple ID. It happens every time I turn on the iPad. Googling the problem reveals it happens commonly in iPads, iPhones, etc. I do not feel the Geek Squad really cared to help me fix the problem. And two long chats with Apple was not fruitful in resolving the the issue. So I am stuck with a glitchy brand new $800 iPad.

This is my 3rd iPad, and it’s nicer but has a jerky, stuttering action when scrolling on websites, hopefully they’ll update and fix, not enough to take it back, but irritating

iPad is functioning well, but setting it up revealed a completely different charger that coils not interract with anything else and couldn’t link to a USB port. WHY do this???

So far I am really quite pleased with my tablet and the Apple Care service. My first tentative step into Apple "territory" seems to be going smoothly

nice and light IPad and has a lot of cool features for multi-tasking, note taking, etc. been using this for school for about more than a month and it definitely has met to my needs.

Thanks to an Apple Support team member I was able to finally get the iPad up and running…..no support from Best Buy I might add. The sales person gave me incorrect details on this iPad. I was told it was first released three months ago, but it was actually released an entire year ago. Also, I was told the extended AppleCare warranty would be for three years, but found out it is actually only two years. It would be nice if my messages could have been transferred from my crashed iPad too.

Excellent screen, fast for what I do on it which is web and email and some PowerPoint work. One drawback is so far the battery isn’t holding charge well.

I love my new iPad. It. Is very easy to use and all my apps transferred to it from my old iPad except for my mail. I am still using my old iPad instead of using both.

I’ve had this iPad a little over two years. It does not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours (and that’s with it NOT being used). I don’t use it regularly and didn’t notice until after the warranty had expired. So disappointing!

iPads are great, as is this one. Previous IPads have lasted a long time and still are. The screen and functionality are excellent with the new air. Great investment.
