    Unhappy with battery life. Run time is far less than my other IPad. More unhappy with the service I received. Brought in my 2 year old iPad, the touch screen wasn’t responsive I was told by your geek squad that it wasn’t repairable and to buy a new one. The older one works beautifully after the battery ran down and was recharged and rebooted. I’m not happy!!

    Battery dies pretty quick, but I use it a lot for reading so that could be the reason otherwise I love it

    Could not get it to take finger ID. Nice IPad. My 5 year old granddaughter works it better than I do.
