I love product apple Are amazing all product I loved

Should have gotten a cheaper model which would have been adequate for my needs. I didn’t realize it would have a different charger cord then my other Apple devices plus it weighs more. For me the pencil was a waste of money. I’m not an artist.

Problem with my iPad. Don’t if it’s hardware or software related. I had to take it back to best buy tech support within 2 months. The screen froze often and it froze for like 20 to 30 minutes.

Had issues with the IPad. Had to reset the system.

IPad Air 10.9. I returned this IPad because the screen is too small for me to use as a book. I was looking for a tablet to display my sheet music on my music stand. I bought the 12.9 iPad Pro and the screen is a good size.

Its weird that this ipad wasn't performing as well as my current which was last gen to this one. Maybe i had a bad unit but it sure froze and stuttered alot which was very unexpected. Screen was great.

Was not worth it cost significantly higher compared to the cheaper model iPad and doesn’t provide much of a difference except slightly in speed

New Apple I-Pad worked fine for about 1 month. The batteries would not recharge. Problem was with I-pad not the charger. I returned the I-Pad to Best Buy Geek Squad with an appointment. They have to keep the I-Pad for 1 to 2 weeks. The Geek Squad member stated that I may get a refurbished I-pad not the original. I do not like that idea but I cannot fix it myself. Doug

Although my daughter ended up liking this, this iPad was a big hassle from the ordering it. We ordered it at one BestBuy and they said it will be delivered within two days. However it took 2 weeks! We will NOT order any from BestBuy.

10 months is, randomly stops charging. Only used Apple provided charger. Has protective case. Still looks brand new. Upset!

Three stars because it stopped working after only using it for 30min turn off and is not turning on no more we try charging it and nothing. Let hope Best Buy could help us with this problem.

Overall I am happy with this purchase. However, I expected more from it. The I-Pad tends to lock up during usage. Screen clearness is great.

Very dissatisfied with the battery length. I purchased a new iPad as my old battery ran out too fast! This one does not last much longer. So fed up of apple products!

I’m giving it 3 stars for the fact it took over a month to receive on top of the ups loosing the first one and having to send me a replacement. But iPads are my favorite

I find the quality and use of this iPad quite good although it takes time getting used to how to swipe for unlocking as opposed to closing programs and such.

there was a issue with the front camera, but I went to the apple store to change it. The price was definitely the best I've seen on any platform.

Too much for what it costs you can do whatever you need on the cheaper version it did not please the wife over expensive and not worth the extra money

Price of the item is on the higher side than other stores offering this item. In store customer interaction and help is also dropping now-a-days.
