I was unable to order my I-pad from my local store because they never connected me to a person. I was put on hold for nearly an hour and then the store closed. I realize we live in a techno society but answering machines leave a lot to be desired. My I-pad is just what I wanted. The size is amazingly small and light weight.

I love this iPad. The stereo sound is fantastic for quick entertainment, and it still has fantastic multitasking abilities. I love that the screen is big enough to use zoom conferencing while having another application open, and absolutely no stutters or lag. I wholeheartedly recommend this device over the more expensive iPad Pro in all cases except content creation. If you’re not using production software, this is the iPad to buy. The fingerprint scanner is a nice addition too, and works better than expected.

Great tablet I use it for drawing and it work amazing especially being able to have a reference in a different app and have them side by side

faster speed then my old Ipad air 2 . the screen size is larger , but not to large . great battery life , last me 4 days with moderate use .

It’s the best tablet for someone who is not a digital artist (and must by the PRO). The screen, the processor and built quality are awesome

I love my iPad.. I think my son play with it more than I do.. the color is perfect I have a lot of space for all my apps.

Feels lighter than my older IPad Air 2 and obviously faster. I like the options of color even though I have a case on it.

This is probably the iPad to recommend to anyone who wants the best balance of value and features. The screen size is basically perfect and has thin bezels. It works great for design and creative apps with the Apple Pencil to draw. Compared to the iPad Pro, this has Touch ID instead of Face ID which some may prefer, but it's up to the individual. Overall, this has about 90% of the functionality of the Pro model for quite a bit less, although it is considerably more than the base iPad, hence being the Goldilocks of the three.

Great device. Works great. Screen quality is outstanding and battery life is greatly improved.
