Battery could last a little longer but it’s about the average battery life as and other apple product. Great for watching movies on road trips, especially when the kids get restless. Easy WiFi connectivity and it charges pretty quickly.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could say this was the iPad perfected but the fact that it doesn't have any type of Face Unlock and you have to use your finger at the very top power button over the home screen just feels inconvenient. I love that it comes in different colors, I got the green one. I don't see why they felt they had to remove the headphone jack from the iPad saying that it's primarily a device that you would use at home. My recommendation is wait until it goes on sale and don't pay full price. It works and it's good for upper quality iPad and it looks more premium compared to the cheapest basic ipads.

I had the 9.7 and 10.2 inch low end iPad before. With the 9th gen iPad coming out I would probably have bought that since it has 64G of space now by default. But I don't regret my purchase, through if I had paid the 599 rather than 499 I might have.

The Apple Pencil sensor works perfectly and it does drain the battery fast. At 100% charged it 12+ hours depending how much time I am on it and what I doing on it. This is prefect for a student depending on how responsible they are.

The A14 chip is super fast, have not had any trouble with any apps including editing large MP photos in Lightroom. Touch ID is responsive. I would imagine for most people unless you are a professional creator this will work just fine instead of iPad Pro.

After looking around I knew I wanted one where the screen went to the edge, but didn’t want to shell out a $1k or more for a pro. When I found this iPad Air I knew right away it was what I wanted and I have not been disappointed.
