Had a iPad Air 2 and thought I would upgrade. Seems pretty much the same except home button is gone. When trying to close out searches, home button was easier to use. I returned my old model and received credit on my charge which was really nice

Wonderful device. Lightweight, fast, great picture clarity. Only wish the camera was positioned better for landscape view.

Ideal size for taking notes and drawing on. The Apple Pencil sensor works perfectly and it does drain the battery fast. At 100% charged it 12+ hours depending how much time I am on it and what I doing on it. This is prefect for a student depending on how responsible they are.

I purchased this for my daughter. She loves it. No issues.

Love my new IPAD Air! I was able to set it up and have it running the same afternoon and was Zooming with family and friends in no time at all. Apple name is excellent, and hasn’t disappointed me on this purchase…

I'm really enjoying using this larger iPad. I had the 9.7 and 10.2 inch low end iPad before. With the 9th gen iPad coming out I would probably have bought that since it has 64G of space now by default. But I don't regret my purchase, through if I had paid the 599 rather than 499 I might have.

Not as user friendly as I had hoped; I prefer color (my old kindle is the Fire); but lightweight..readable in the sun…and decent size

Good resolution. Easy to transfer your photos and other apps from an older iPad or through iCloud. The battery life can always be better for iPads. 10.9 Screen size for watching videos while still portable and light. I always put on a screen protector and a case.

I bought this ipad for my 9 year old for christmas. It's been a big hit. This is his second ipad in his life, and he is super excited and LOVED the color choices. We ended up going with the green. The camera on this is amazing for an ipad!

Its a good ipad i love it but battery life aint no 10 hours

The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the Touch ID button stopped working after 3 months and the battery life is not AS great as I would like it to be. If it wasn't for those two things, it might be 4 stars instead. Great overall value and the perfect size for what I need. But if you have the extra money to spend, I would just go straight for the new 11" M1 iPad Pro. Face ID is so much more convenient than having Touch ID on the power button and the battery life is a LOT better.

I upgraded to this from a 9.7inch iPad Pro. The A14 chip is super fast, have not had any trouble with any apps including editing large MP photos in Lightroom. Touch ID is responsive. I would imagine for most people unless you are a professional creator this will work just fine instead of iPad Pro.

We bought this for my daughter to use at college instead of a laptop. She was going to try it with the promise of an upgrade if it didn’t perform as needed. She is still using the iPad without issues. Easy to use for taking notes during class.I plan to purchase another one for me

Easy to navigate. Full screen is enjoyable for gaming or watching movies. The only downside is the new charging cable and ear buds. You will have to buy the C-C, but I don't think it will have the same problems as the older cables where the connection became loose and had a tendency to break.

I recently updated from an ipad air to the new ipad air 4. Huge difference in speed , and the display on it is first rate. I am really satisfied with the ipad 4 , and would purchase one again in the future. For whatever my words are worth, I highly recommend the ipad 4

My iPad was really old, so this is the first one I’ve bought in along time. After looking around I knew I wanted one where the screen went to the edge, but didn’t want to shell out a $1k or more for a pro. When I found this iPad Air I knew right away it was what I wanted and I have not been disappointed.
