I love my iPad and have found that’s it’s become hard to live without it. The goal is to use it primarily for business. This is a great product.

So far so good. Surprised no headphone option other than Bluetooth. Not sure why Apple is taking out some of the common and convenient features.

One of the best secondary devices to own! Unless you need 120 hz or a bigger screen there’s no reason to buy the pro over this.

Not sky blue at all. I settled for the blue because the green one was never in stock. I got it and it was more like steel grey, not really blue at all, which is super disappointing. Then I found out yesterday that they had new colors out on the iPad Air 5, and of course my return period ended yesterday - what are the freakin odds?! Anyway, the product itself is as expected. Just disappointed by the aesthetic.

It’s ok. Definitely not a crisp picture compared to my three year old iPad 10.5 PRO. I expected much more from a almost 4 year newer model.... the screen is much dimmer as well. Best Buy return policy is a joke and they were useless at bestbuy.com customer service.... and my local store in Gurnee IL NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE....so I was not able to go into store do to a needed surgery. THIS IPAD AIR is ok.... BUT if you injoy watching HD video in clarity go with the Pro..

Graphics are great, but didn’t realize it was USB C so it doesn’t fit with older generation accessories and chargers.

It’s a little difficult to go from web site to a different app. There is no home button.

Another great product from Apple. Pairs easily with just about everything. My son uses it for his own movie watching sessions now.

Great pad started to order the Pro, when doing further research found that the iPad Air was the correct choice.

The curbside pick up was fast, which i liked it. That was a gift for my neice, so i have no idea if the ipad is good or not to say.

Apple changed the power cord. Now it doesn’t work on any USB ports. Apple should have anticipated this and made an adapter. Could have made lots of money.

i love it. battery life could be better. I don't know if bestbuy gave me a used one because my friend's ipad air's battery life is better

It suits my purpose but it tends to freeze especially if playing games. I don’t tend to have a problem with my iPhone.

Purchased this for my daughter, she is happy with her early birthday gift. Just one thing Apple needs to add with their ipads is the calculator.

first remote lasted five years before it died. Replacement for fairly easy. New one works identically which makes for no learning curve.

Needed to upgrade from an older outdated model. Seems to run smoothly and the data transfer wasn't too difficult once by initial signup steps.

I bought the new one because my old one was slow. Good price Still slow ! I don’t know if it is the OS or some upgrade

The ordering process was easy and it arrived in apex 2 weeks. This was at least 2 weeks faster than buying direct from Apple.
