I thought it used a SIM card but works on my hotspot. I have been using it everyday and I’m glad I made this purchase.

This tablet is good the only thing that would have made it better is if it came with the Apple pen gen 2. It’s extra $$$

Good product, to be expected from Apple, but wasn't able to move files and photos from current Ipoad to new iPad. Too bad.

I enjoy ipads. I bought this one for work not knowing that it DOES NOT take a sim card. I wanted to add cellular data so I can have internet all the time and not have to worry about Wi-Fi. The salesperson knew because I told him that was my goal. And now the ipads that do offer the sim slot a are really hard to find. Buyers this is for WI-FI ONLY.

This is a great gift. My only negative is that you don't earn Best Buy rewards points on Apple purchases. Disappointing.

It’s an iPad...it’s great and all you really need unless you’re a photographer. It is the best tablet hands down.

Not very impressed. I brought it back. The design and lack of upgrades. I will stick to my original Ipad Air. I think you are better off with the Samsung Tablet if you need something with a lot of power and multi tasking. Apple is just over hype and costly. I also wasnt too impressed with the display. I think the Samsung wins.

This is good but could be better at the price point the galaxy tab 7 seem to be better in both screen and sound quality.

The system had initially some glitches which made Safari slow. The glitches disappeared with the recent software update.

I bought an open box marked "Satisfactory". The screen is a bit leaky (which is common), but overall, this IPad works great. When I opened the box, greasy fingerprints covered the whole screen. (I can't even use alcohol to remove these fingerprints. It looks like a kid eating McDonald's while playing Roblox on this iPad, and these greasy things can't be wiped off in my case. No kidding, It took me few days to get the fingerprints gone.) Can BestBuy please ask the staff to clean it up before repacking it? I bought it at a price close to brand new, so yes, I do expect better quality.

Great color, more grey than blue. Bigger screen is Definitely an upgrade over my iPad Air 2
