So slow can get hook to device and is very slow not happy

I am an Apple fanatic, so I was excited to get another Apple Product, however I am highly disappointed with this purchase and wished I would have stuck with the iPad Pro. This one does not compare to the Pro at all.

Purchased this item nearly 3 years ago and have zero complaints. It's a staple piece with a multitude of functions for both my child and I. The pencil is a neat feature. It has added to the opportunity for skill building for my child when paired with learning apps. It's been in a child safe protective case and the pencil magnet charging edge makes for quick access when needed as well as safe storage, all while charging. It's a slightly larger screen than we're used to and love it. It still travels well, easily tucked away but handy enough to access when needed. It's been on airplanes, long car rides and/or sporting events with us for added options of entertainment while traveling. The screen size has been perfect when paired with a wireless keyboard It has become a useful resource to handle business while away from home. No need to pack multiple or bulky devices to access what is needed to function on the go. We absolutely love it.

Not durable at all. Accidentally stepped on and instantly bent the wimpy aluminum case. My beater Fire tablet has been stepped on tossed with no damage. $79 vs $500? No competition.

I didn’t like how this felt in hand. It felt cheap and not Apple quality. I don’t know what people want this for. It’s a weird size and uncomfortable to use in hands. Definitely not worth it for my needs.

When I bought this product, it was open box. I’ve bought open box product from Best Buy before. This product was deemed excellent certified, but it was far from it. Scratch’s on the front glass. A LEGIT DENT ON THE BACK OF THE IPAD. Not to mention when I plugged the cable in to charger port. It didn’t charge because of liquid detection. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Every other product I’ve bought with them that was open box looked perfect till now.

My son loves it but I gave it two stars because it started not to work properly and going in the store was hell and security thought I was stealing when I had the receipt..
