Bought this iPad for my daughter for Xmas. Upon her opening it the battery was bad. I returned it to Best Buy because they couldn’t find any iPads at any Best Buy stores for under $1200. I ended up buying her a new one from Mercari and so far so good. I really am not happy with Best Buy as their only solution was to take it to Apple and pay to have them fix it or return it for a refund. Not much of an option and really didn’t care. Next time Best Buy will be my last resort for any major purchases.

Awful iPad due to constant rebooting after having it 3 days. Thai was an exchange from the exact same model that had a broken home button !

I am happy with My IPad Air, but unfortunately I am not happy with the keyboard I got nor with the pencil, I tried to get in touch with you to ask for an extension to return both of these items that I never used because I am out the country and won’t be in the US until April 7th and if I would had known that the time of return or exchange is so short I would had never buy in Best Buy, I am so disappointed with that fact. Awaiting for your response. Thank you for your attention.

I would have returned the device, but decided that I could get use from it. Apple is no longer producing the reliable products I once associated with its brand.

Very disappointed that my charger stopped working in just over two months. I want a replacement immediately.

Difficulties with operating; the iPad constantly demands the new user to register with iTunes and does not recognize user name or password. This interups user from ease of iPad usage, hence, My iPad has not been used since the second day after purchase. To get technical assistance requires a visit to the Apple store, where there is a line of customers that extends for several hundreds of feet outdoors that has customers waiting for several hours before being helped.

Just get the pro. Couldn’t deal with the 60hz screen and larger bezel. Or if you want virtually the same thing for less, get the current gen iPad.

they streamlined the use of this Ipad but there are no directions that come in the box. Can not figure how to turn it off to save the battery.

I didn’t know this don’t have a flash light on the back my daughter is really disappointed just for that alone smh.

When I bought this the sakes representative told me it was the latest model that would work with the 2d generation Apple Pencil. It was not.

I was unable to make the iPad work so I returned it. The refund price was fine but Not the Geek squad cost

Ordered 12/8 was told it may be late (not in time for Xmas) get a email saying it was out for delivery 12/24. Doesn’t show up call everyday after looking for it, tracking shows it out for delivery on the 24th meanwhile it’s a week later. File a claim and all of a sudden the tracking shows delivered 12/24.

Love the iPad but cannot use it! When it was set up we can’t get emails or photos! No sense in buying a new one if we can’t use it!

The charger for this iPad is different so it cannot be charged with any other ones!!!!! And my NEW charger doesn’t work!

I just bought this iPad a month ago and have issues with the screen. The screen freezes and I'm unable to scroll or move the screen.

Not at all that easy to setup initially if you do not own a smart phone to setup automatically

Defective right out of the box. Possibly had a short in it near the charge plug. Returned for a refund. Bought a 6th generation ipad a year or so ago, nothing but trouble with it. Apple replaced that ipad after warranty expired because i had so many documented phones with them. The new one is just as wonky acting. Losing faith in Apple products.

Its no even a year and my tablet got bend it from night to morning

We have bought goods worth around USD 1,000. Unfortunately, we didn't get a credit and 100 USD discount. In spite, we have been advised to get a lease, which is so costly. The interest rate is 125% if you pay after a year. As new immigrants, we were mistreated by the employee of the German Town Outlet.

If I knew Apple will become communists, I wouldn’t buy brand new phones and iPads from them recently...
